Alexis Borlaza sureptitiously joins the entry level program of PDEA (The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency). He is greeted with hostility by Director Fuentes, a senior agent who doubts his resolve. Upon the insistence of Director Acosta, he then goes through the rigors of training but unbeknownst to PDEA, Borlaza becomes a vigilante by night.
